1. E-mail confirmation

You will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your enquiry.

2. Your offer

You will usually receive a concrete offer directly by e-mail. We will endeavour to send you the offer within 48 hours.

3. Payment and dispatch

After receiving your written confirmation of the offer, the goods will be prepared for dispatch and sent to you as soon as we have received the invoice amount by prepayment/transfer.

In the case of existing customers with whom we have agreed the payment method invoice, the goods will be dispatched as soon as possible after the written confirmation of the offer.

This information is withheld from you by other spare parts suppliers, who incidentally only have access to used parts or leftover stock. As a rule, they do not even have the expertise to make these adjustments.
