When Ben Bessert decided to found ZEBRA Engineering in 2020, he already had more than just an idea in mind.

Meticulously prepared and with concrete ideas about how ZEBRA should develop, the company is now exactly where it should be: on its way from a service-providing start-up to an established provider and manufacturer of automation and robotics solutions.

The application and sales engineer for automation technology and mechatronics and long-time B&R employee sees himself as a visionary for innovative and resource-saving automation processes and technologies.

He is supported in the management of ZEBRA Engineering by Andreas Krieger, who is head of the Application division and has many years of experience and expertise in B&R technologies.

Of course, the entire team, which is constantly growing and now has more than 20 employees, is also responsible for this success.

One thing in particular is paramount: the special ZEBRA spirit, which is characterised by each individual's intrinsic motivation to achieve great things, a strong team spirit and a relaxed and humorous way of working together.
